Loudermilk-Young Debate Series

Atlanta Press Club Loudermilk-Young Debate Series Hosts State and Federal General Election Debates October 12-13, 2026

The Atlanta Press Club Loudermilk-Young Debate Series will host general election debates for U.S. Senate, Governor, Lt. Governor, Secretary of State, Attorney General, Agriculture Commissioner, Insurance and Safety Fire Commissioner, Labor Commissioner, State School Superintendent, and Public Service Commissioner Districts 3 and 5. The debates are in partnership with Georgia Public Broadcasting. They will be available to watch live on GPB.org, and The Atlanta Press Club YouTube Debate channel. The debate series will remain available to watch on demand on APC’s YouTube Debate channel.

APC Announces 2026 Hall of Fame Inductees

Four distinguished journalists Phil Bolton, Glenn Burns, Dr. Sanjay Gupta and Lois Reitzes will be inducted in the Atlanta Press Club Hall of Fame on Thursday, October 29 during a ceremony at the InterContinental Buckhead Atlanta. The Hall of Fame dinner is Atlanta media’s biggest night of the year and recognizes journalists who have made a significant impact on journalism in Georgia and around the country. We hope you will join us!
