Silent Auction Donations

It’s time again for the Atlanta Press Club’s Annual Holiday Author Party! For more than 20 years, the Holiday Author Party has been considered one of Atlanta’s most anticipated seasonal events for the media. This year’s event will take place on Monday, December 9 at The Foundry Center at Puritan Mill.

We host around 20 local and national authors who sign their latest works and we expect 300 to 400 of Atlanta’s top journalists, reporters and media professionals to attend. All proceeds from the event, including silent auction sales, will benefit the Atlanta Press Club, a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

We hope you will donate an item for this year’s Silent Auction, which provides an excellent opportunity for your organization to be in front of members of the media while they are shopping with a holiday gift mindset. We are requesting interesting or fun items that will inspire bids from Atlanta Press Club members of all ages – donations of items of greater than $50 in value are encouraged, but we greatly appreciate anything you choose to contribute. In return for your tax-deductible donation, you will receive recognition for your company at the event as a silent auction contributor.

Please fill out the 2013 Silent Auction Donation Form with the specifics of your tax-deductible gift and mail it to the Atlanta Press Club by November 11, 2013 (this will help us ensure your items are included in the event program). The address is 191 Peachtree Street, N.E. Suite 4900 Atlanta, GA 30303. The Atlanta Press Club’s tax exempt number is: 58-0969761. We are very grateful for your donation!

If possible, please mail or deliver your donation to the Atlanta Press Club at the address above.  We will be happy to arrange pick up of your donation if you are unable to mail or deliver the items. Please contact the Atlanta Press Club 404-577-7377 to make arrangements.
