Jacqui Chew

Jacqui Chew is a subject matter expert on applying Web 2.0 technologies for the enterprise. As principal of iFusion Marketing, an integrated social media strategy and marketing consultancy, Jacqui provides strategic planning and community-building services to businesses with a special focus on media and entertainment organizations, non-profits, associations and brands. Previous clients include The Atlanta Journal Constitution, Lee Enterprises and Connect with Kids. Jacqui has also authored articles on social media for iMedia Connection, Chiefmarketer and Association Publishing magazines, and has provided expert commentary to business publications including DemandGen Report, Newspaper & Technology and DM News.

With more 15 years of experience delivering multi-channel marketing and business development programs to global companies in the enterprise software, Internet, information security and consumer products and services sectors, she has previously held leadership positions at CoreCard Software, Manning, Selvage & Lee, PeopleSoft, Silverpop and Stonesoft. She has also consulted at such Fortune 1000 businesses as Chupa Chups USA, eBay, IBM e-Business Services and SSL International.

An active member of Atlanta’s business community, she has been a member of the Atlanta Press Club since relocating to Atlanta in 1997 and a board member since 2006. Currently, Jacqui serves on the board of the Atlanta chapter of the American Marketing Association (AMA Atlanta) and is a member of the Technology Association of Georgia, the American Electronics Association and the Word of Mouth Marketing Association. As board member of the Women in Technology board of directors in 2006, Jacqui oversaw the highly regarded annual Women of the Year in Technology Awards.

Jacqui holds a B.A. degree in Marketing from the University of Hawaii, Manoa and is bilingual in English and Mandarin. She has previously spoken on marketing industry panels on a variety of topics including issues and challenges facing hi-tech and global marketing professionals.
